Fit Body Building terms & conditions

We, us, and our all refer to Fit Body Building, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates with its office in Sharajah.

The terms "you," "your," and "yours," as well as "member" following acceptance, refer to the person who filled out the membership application form.

GENERAL TERMS

• The agreement starts as soon as your details are submitted to the gym reception.
• Management reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time subject to terms and conditions.
• Membership cannot be exchanged to another person.
• The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates without respect to principles of conflict of laws. Only a court in the United Arab Emirates with appropriate jurisdiction may consider any disputes relating to it.
• This website is under the U.A.E. administration of Fit Body Building. Fit Body Building makes no claims that this website is suitable for use in other places. If you access this website from another country, you are in charge of assuring compliance with applicable local legislation. Any materials obtained from this website may not be used, exported, or reexported in contravention of any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to any export laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
• After joining Fit Body Building, you will be eligible for all the benefits associated with your chosen membership plan.
• Members will be provided with fingerprint access in order to enter the gym. Fingerprint information is not stored anywhere. Each time a fingerprint is scanned in conjunction with the specified access card, our system generates a special key that is then used to verify members and authenticate entry to the gym.
• Membership is allowed only for people above 18. Others are expected directly contact us for further details.
• We may terminate the membership if any member violate any of our terms & conditions.
• Sale of any private or business things are not allowed inside the gym.
• We may use members photos or videos for promotional purpose.
• The gym rules may change from time to time. Members are expected to abide by the changes incorporated.
• Management will not be responsible for any theft inside the gym. Members are advised to takecare of their personal assets by themselves.
• Members will have to attend their class on time scheduled at the time of membership registration.
• Members who damage assets in gym will be accountable with due penalty.
• Members are advised to behave well with the staffs in the gym as well as other members. Offensive behaviours may result in membership termination.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the gym.
• Members who has consumed alcohol will not be allowed access to the gym.
• Eating is not allowed in undesignated areas of the gym as part of the hygine.
• We reserve the right to withdraw any equipment in the gym as part of maintenance when required.
• Even though all the equipments are of highest safety standards, any misfunction of any of the equipment should be reported to the staffs in the gym.
• Fitness instructor or staff have the right to stop members from over usage of equipments which may lead to health issues.
